Warranty:
If your Shakti Mala breaks within 30 days from purchase date, we will offer one complimentary restringing or knotting, according to the original design. After the warranty period, we will be happy to repair your Shakti Mala for an $18.00 fee (according to its original design), plus $5 for shipping and handling. Repairing your Shakti Mala does not include the cost of replaced beads or shipping, which will be charged separately.
Custom Orders:
As each Shakti Mala is unique in its design, custom orders are always welcome.
Most of the Malas shown on this website are made with 6mm beads. We will be happy to price different size beads.
You can also choose a different pendant, tassel or dividers to your preference. Just contact us with your specific order and we will respond immediately!
